Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a letter dated 5.2.2015 stating that the petitioners' representations for enhancement of ticket admission charges in cinema theatres were sent to a wrong authority for consideration and therefore, the petitioners seek to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to make appropriate representations before the competent authority and then pursue the matter further. While granting the said liberty, the writ petition is

dismissed as withdrawn along with miscellaneous applications, if any. No order as to costs.
