.....Respondent(s) Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein,the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more so a writ, in the nature of mandamus, by declaring the action of the respondents in taking coercive steps against the petitioners, without conducting any enquiry or considering the explanation to the show cause notice RC No. 4921/2014A7 dt:9/2/2015, and taking law into their hands by violating the principles of natural justice, as arbitrary, capricious, unlawful and illegal and consequentially, to direct the respondents not to take any action against the petitioners and drop the proceedings against the petitioners under sec. 249

(6) of the Gram Panchayat Act.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court order dated 26/02/2015 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI G VASANTHA RAYUDU Advocate for the Petitioners and of G.P for Panchayat Raj for the Respondents No. 1 to 3 and of Sri Cheemalapati Ravi for the Respondent No.4 WPMP NO. 6146 OF 2015:

Petition under Section 151 of C.P.C. Praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in W.P. the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to conduct an enquiry basing on the explanation submitted to the show cause notice RC No.4921/2014 A7

dt:9/2/2015, by preventing them from taking coercive steps against the petitioners herein, during the pendency of the WP No. 4638 of 2015 on the file of the High Court and the Court made the following.
