An endorsement bearing No.G1/1671/2018, dated 24.05.2018 issued by the Commissioner, Siddipet Municipality, Siddipet District is under challenge in the present writ petition.

Against the unofficial respondent herein petitioner herein made a complaint on 17.05.2018 in respect of the property bearing Municipal No.12-5-165/2/3 admeasuring 213.75 sq yards situated at Erukalawada, Ganesh Nagar, Siddipet Municipality. By way of the impugned endorsement while categorically observing pendency of L.G.O.P.Nos.3/2015 to 40/2015 and LGC.No.32/2015, on the file of the Court of the VII Additional District Judge-Cum-Special Tribunal under Land grabbing Prohibition Act, the Commissioner of Siddipet Municipality vide impugned endorsement asked the parties to settle the matter in the pending litigation. In the considered opinion of this Court, the said endorsement by any stretch of imagination cannot be faulted as the subject matter is admittedly pending before the Land Grabbing Prohibition Tribunal. Therefore, this Court does not find any merit in the writ petition. 4.

Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
