THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WP No.2434 of 2009 ORDER:

Writ petition is filed questioning the inaction on the part of the respondents in not disposing the appeal filed against the order dated 31-12-2008 by the petitioner. This Court, by way of interim order dated 11-02-2009 directed the 1st respondent to consider the appeal said to have been filed by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with the guidelines in force within four weeks from the date of that order.

Counter affidavit filed by the 2nd respondent wherein inter alia it is stated that the appeal filed by the petitioner has been considered and disposed of. Since the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, no further cause survives for adjudication in this case. In the circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this case are also dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
