The impugnment herein is to quash the proceedings of C.C.No.425 of 2011 on the file of IV Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nellore, taken cognizance for the offences under Factories Act by the learned Magistrate on private complaint of the Inspector of Factories, Nellore - 1st respondent; in fact that case after renumbered as C.C.No.249 of 2015 was decided on merits by ended in acquittal vide judgment dated 28.11.2016 as per the learned public prosecutor by filing copy of the judgment. 2.

Having regard to the above, the relief sought in the criminal petition became infructuous and accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
