Learned counsel for the petitioner has given a letter dt.17-12-2015 addressed to the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad, stating that the petitioner wishes to withdraw the Writ Petition. The said request is reiterated in the Court.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
