THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.26956 of 2019 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration for respondent No.1, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondent No.4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the common order, dated 06.08.2019, passed by this Court in W.P.No.12013 of 2019 and Batch.

On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that in the earlier writ petitions, the Revenue Department has not been as party. He further submits that the petitioner land is in the list of prohibited properties and therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, following the common order, dated 06.08.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.12013 of 2019 and batch, and for the reasons stated therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of directing the respondent Corporation to process the building permission application submitted by the petitioner, without insisting for securing NOC from the Revenue Department. If there is any other objection for granting building permission, the

- 2 - same shall be informed to the petitioner However, mere granting of permission does confer title and it will be open for the Revenue Department to take action in accordance with law. . No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
