Heard Sri S.Subba Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Since no positive direction is being given, this case is disposed of without giving any notice to the respondents. 3.

The present Civil Revision Petition came to be filed assailing the order dated 27.11.2017, passed in C.M.A.No.5 of 2015, on the file of XII Additional District Judge, Pithapuram, wherein the grant of temporary injunction passed in I.A.No.588 of 2014 in O.S.No.142 of 2014 was confirmed.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the interest of justice and as the suit is of the year 2014, a direction may be given to the trial Court to dispose of the suit within two months.

Having regard to the above and the facts and circumstances of the case, the CRP is disposed of directing the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Tuni, to dispose of O.S.No.142 of 2014, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three to six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
