HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.26965 of 2019 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent - Corporation.
The main grievance of the petitioner is that though the respondents forcibly acquired her land admeasuring 5259 square meters, are not initiating any land acquisition proceedings and paying compensation to her.
Learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has submitted representation dated 10.02.2018 to the 2nd respondent - Corporation for payment of compensation for the land acquired for the purpose of Indira Park. Learned Standing counsel submits that the 2nd respondent - Corporation will consider the representation submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders.
Taking the said submission into consideration, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 10.02.2018 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders as per law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
