This petition is filed by the petitioners-A1 and A2 under Section 439 Cr.P.C., seeking to grant bail in Crime No.132 of 2015-16 on the file of the S.H.O., Prohibition and Excise Station, Eluru, West Godavari District, registered for the offence under Section 8(c ) r/w 20(b) of the NDPS Act.

Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the petitioner are found in possession of 132 kgs of Ganja. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the quantity of ganja, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
