Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for all the respondents. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

Aggrieved by the inaction of respondent No.4 in considering the Proforma-A application made by the petitioner on 03.04.2021 for correction of entries in revenue records in respect of the subject land situated at Laxmapur Village & Gram Panchayat, Shameerpet Mandal, the present Writ Petition is filed.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue states that if the petitioner makes an application through on-line in Dharani Portal, the same will be considered and necessary orders will be passed by the authorities concerned, in accordance with law. Having regard to the above made submission, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make an on-line application through Dharani Portal seeking correction of entries in revenue records in respect of the subject land, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such application being filed, the competent authority shall pass necessary orders thereon, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of eight weeks thereof, duly taking into account the proceedings of the Tahsildar, Shameerpet, dated

07.04.2018, and putting all the interested parties on notice and considering the objections, if any.
