This appeal is filed by the appellant under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act aggrieved by the award and decree dated 30.03.2011 in O.P.No.417 of 2009 on the file of the Court of Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal cum III Additional District Judge, Kurnool at Nandyal.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant has sought permission of this Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal and to that effect he also filed a letter dated 21.03.2018 before the Registry. Permission is granted. 3.

Accordingly, M.A.C.M.A. is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Revision Petition shall stand closed.
