HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE ANIS CRIMINAL PETITION No.476 OF 2012 O R D E R:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C'), seeking to quash the order dated 08.12.2011 passed by the III Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Rajahmundry, in Crl.M.P.No.3085 of 2011 in C.C.No.499 of 2007.

Since there was no representation on 28.01.2015 for the petitioners, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal". Despite listing the matter on 03.02.2015 and today under the caption "for dismissal", the petitioners are not ready. Therefore, it seems that the petitioners are not evincing any interest in prosecuting their case.

The Criminal Petitioner is, accordingly, dismissed for nonprosecution. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
