This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in issuing Notice, dated 13.11.2019, as arbitrary and illegal and consequently direct the 2nd respondent not to demolish the house in plot bearing No.95, in Survey Nos.113/P, 114/P and 115/P, admeasuring 400 square yards, situated at Pasha colony, Puppalguda, Ranga Reddy District.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pursuant to the notice, dated 13.11.2019, the petitioner submitted explanation on 22.11.2019 and without passing any orders on the said explanation, the 2nd respondent is trying to take coercive steps against the petitioner in respect of the subject property. 4.
It is to be seen that since the petitioner had already submitted explanation on 22.11.2019 to the notice, dated 13.11.2019, issued by the 2nd respondent, it is for the competent authority to consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. Till passing of orders on the said explanation, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner in respect of house in plot bearing No.95, in Survey Nos.113/P,
114/P and 115/P, admeasuring 400 square yards, situated at Pasha Colony, Puppalguda, Ranga Reddy District. 5.
With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
