Petitioner's grievance is that she sought an appointment on compassionate grounds in the 2nd respondent Corporation by filing a representation dt.27-03-2017 before the 2nd respondent and that the 2nd respondent has not taken any action thereon. 2.

Sri N.Vasudeva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents states that the 3rd respondent will consider the said representation within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of petitioner dt.27-03-2017 within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs. 4.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
