This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners / respondents 2 to 6 under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings against them in DVC.No.42 of 2018 on the file of Court of Hon'ble Special Judicial First Class Magistrate, Ananthapuram. 2.
When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioners / respondents 2 to 6 without insisting for quashment of proceedings requested this Court to dispense with the presence of the petitioners before the trial Court in terms of the judgment of this Court in Giduthuri Kesari Kumar Vs. State of Telangana11. 3.
Having regard to the above submission of the learned counsel, the presence of petitioners / respondents 2 to 6 in DVC No. 42 of 2018 on the file of Court of Hon'ble Special Judicial First Class Magistrate, Ananthapuram is dispensed with except on the occasions when the trial court specifically requires their attendance. 4.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel there to, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
