Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents.

Petitioner claims that she and other family members are absolute owners and possessors of agricultural land to an extent of Ac.8-16 guntas in Survey Nos.472/2, 473/1, 537/2, 411/9, 411/4, 411/3, 410/3, 408/1 and 407/2 situated at Gurrampadu village and mandal, Nalgonda district. According to the petitioner, she applied for conducting survey by way of F-Line application through TSTS web portal on 5.11.2019, requesting to conduct survey and fix boundaries. Alleging inaction on the part of the respondents, the present writ petition is filed. The F-line application filed through TSTS web portal and the receipt issued is filed as exhibit in the paper book.

In view of the same and without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent-Tahsildar to consider the application of petitioner for conducting survey and for fixing boundaries after issuing notice to neighbouring land owners and thereafter pass appropriate orders, as per law. If the 2nd respondent-Tahsildar is not accepting the application for survey, he shall intimate the same to the petitioner by a reasoned order. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
