ORDER

On 13.09.2011, none appeared and there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal". Again on 28.12.2017, as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the matter was redirected to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 2.1.2018. When the matter was listed on 5.1.2018, learned counsel for the petitioner represented that the petitioner has already taken away the bundle along with no objection and as such, there are no instructions from the petitioner. Once again, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 18.1.2018. 02.

Today also, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appears and there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not acting diligently and not interested in prosecuting the matter.

Petitioner called absent. Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
