HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA C.R.P.Nos.2937 AND 3870 OF 2015 COMMON ORDER:
The present revision petitions, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, are filed aggrieved over the common order, dated 23.06.2015, passed in I.A.Nos.198 and 199 of 2015 in O.S.No.127 of 2008 on the file of learned Junior Civil Judge, Kodad.
2. The note placed by the Registry would show that the office of the District Judge, Nalgonda, telephonically informed that the main suit in O.S.No.127 of 2008 was disposed of on 07.03.2018.
3. In such an event, the present revision petitions become infructuous.
4. Hence, the present revision petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
