ORDER

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to set aside the order dated 04.05.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.1290 of 2016 in Crime No.158 of 2016 passed by the III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State.

3. The above said Crl.M.P. was filed by the 2nd respondent-State of Telangana herein to collect the specimen signatures of the petitioneraccused herein and the same was allowed by the Court below on 04.05.2016. challenging the same, this Criminal Petition is filed.

4. A perusal of the impugned order discloses that the learned Magistrate has rightly exercised his jurisdiction judiciously and therefore, the impugned order warrants no interference by this Court.

5. Hence, this Criminal Petition dismissed.

6. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
