THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 11056 OF 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., the petitioneraccused seeks to quash the proceedings in Crime No.378 of 2013 of Mills Colony Police Station, Warangal District.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor has produced the letter dated 21.05.2018 of Sub Inspector of Police, Mills Colony Police Station, Warangal District and submitted that the case was ended in compromise on 12.09.2015 and therefore, the petition, which is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.378 of 2013, has become infructuous and hence, the same may be dismissed. 3.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence.
