This Contempt Case is filed to punish the respondents under Sections 1O to 12 of Contempt of Court Act, 1971 for non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.4453 of 2O2O, dated 13.03.2O23.

Heard Sri Prasad Rao, learned counsel representing and Sri Ms. A.Padma, learned counsel for the petitioner K.Sanjeev, learned counsel appearing for respondents. 3.

Sri K.Sanjeev, learned counsel appearing for respondents submitted that the respondents have complied with the order passed by this Court, nothing remains in this contempt case and there is no intent for non compliance can be attributed to the respondents. Hence seeks to close this contempt case' 4.

Sri Prasad Rao, learned counsel representing Ms. A.Padma, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the proceedings issued by the respondents uide No.Admn/SE/CClBSM/N-1491, dated 05.12'2023 has to be examined in detail and if necessary to take further course of action with the permission of this Court.

Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondents, this Court is inclined to close the Contempt Case, granting liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedies as available under law.
