Petitioners' grievance is that they applied on 15.07.2015 in Form 6A as prescribed under the provisions of A.P. Rights in lands and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 to 3rd respondent for issuance of Pattadar Passbook and Title Deed in respect of the subject land, but the 3rd respondent is not passing any orders thereon. 2.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that the 3rd respondent will consider the application of the petitioners and dispose it of within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioners.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is allowed directing the 3rd respondent to pass orders on the petitioners' application dt.15.07.2015, made in Form 6A for issuance of Pattadar Passbook and Title Deed in respect of the subject land, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
