This Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 123 of 2012 on the file of N.G. Padu Police Station, Prakasam District. Learned Public Prosecutor has pointed out that the police, after conducting investigation, have filed their final report on 31.10.2014 referring the complaint as 'civil in nature.
