HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO C.R.P.No.786 of 2015 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India aggrieved by the inaction of the VIII Additional District Judge, Warangal in disposing of I.A.No.302 of 2014 in O.S.No.131 of 2012 filed by the petitioner under Order 39 Rule 2 of CPC to punish the respondents 3 to 5 for disobeying the interim injunction order granted on 24.08.2012 in I.A.No.706 of 2012 in the said suit.

Having regard to the fact that the said I.A. was filed in December,2014, the VIII Additional District Judge, Warangal is directed to dispose of I.A.No.302 of 2014 filed by the petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
