HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P. No.3773 OF 2013 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for Mandamus declaring the action of respondent-police, more particularly, the 2nd respondent in not commencing the investigation and not effecting arrest of respondents 3 to 9 accused in FIR No.74 of 2012 of Maddikera Police Station, Kurnool District, as illegal and arbitrary. The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that final report has been filed.

In view of the filing of final report, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
