HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.6891 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner- Accused under Sections 438 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant anticipatory bail in Crime No.17 of 2015 of P.S. Punjagutta, Hyderabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 IPC.

From the cause title, it is not clear as to whether a person or a company sought for bail in the above crime. On the earlier occasion, this Court directed the petitioner to change the cause title. But he has not changed the same and he argued for grant of bail. This Court cannot grant bail to a company. Therefore, this petition is liable to be dismissed.
