HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Transfer Criminal Petition No.240 of 2013 Order:

In this petition, filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks to transfer M.C.No.85 of 2010 from the Family Court, Warangal to the Court of Additional Family Judge, Hyderabad.

2) The first respondent filed M.C.No.85 of 2010 claiming maintenance against the petitioner.

3) When the matter came up for hearing today, learned counsel for respondents submitted that his party has no objection for transfer of MC from Family Court, Warangal to Additional Family Court, Hyderabad and to that effect he made an endorsement on the back of the file.

4) In view of the said submission, this petition is allowed and M.C.No.85 of 2010 is withdrawn from the Family Court, Warangal and transferred to the Court of Additional Family Judge, Hyderabad for disposal according to law.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
