This Writ Petition is filed with the grievance

that respondent Nos.2 and 3 have been trying to interfere with the petitioner's peaceful possession of the land admeasuring Acs.4-65 cents in Survey No.432 of Yerrathimmarayacheruvu Village, Anantapur District (for short 'the subject land'). At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Endowments (Andhra Pradesh) and Mr.Ambati Srikanth Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Endowment Institutions (Andhra Pradesh), appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 respectively, submitted that neither of the respondents is causing any interference with the petitioner's possession of the subject land and that if, in future, the said respondents seek to make any claim over the subject land, they will do so only after following the due process of law.

The above submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Endowments and the learned Standing Counsel for Endowment Institutions is placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.4616 of 2016, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
