Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction in taking further steps pursuant to the show cause notice issued on 22.08.2017 on filing an application by him for correction of entries in the revenue records with respect to the land to an extent of Acs.3.00 in Survey No.198-A of Bantakunta Village, Kowthalam Mandal, Kurnool District. According to petitioner, the total extent of land belonging to the petitioner and assigned to his father is Acs.3.00, whereas in the revenue records only Ac.1.50 cents of land is reflected and erroneously the name of the 6th respondent is reflected to the extent of Ac.1.50 cents of land.

Since notice was already issued and it appears, so far no decision is taken, the Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition and keep the same pending.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of case, directing the Tahsildar, Kowthalam Mandal, Kurnool District, to finalize the proceedings pursuant to the notice issued on 22.08.2017 after affording due opportunity to the respective parties and on due consideration of the objections of the 6th respondent. It is made clear that the 6th respondent is entitled to raise all objections as available in law and her rights are preserved. The disposal of this Writ Petition is only with reference to not passing orders pursuant to the notice dated 22.08.2017 issued by the Tahsildar. The entire
exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
