HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.8155 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner-Accused under Sections 437 & 439 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant bail in Crime No.103 of 2015 of P.S. Tappa Chabutra Police Station, registered for the offence punishable under Section 376(1) IPC. Heard and perused the material available on record. The petition is filed along with the inappropriate material in order to mislead the court to pass orders in favour of the petitioner. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh application before this Court along with the appropriate material.
