THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.23643 of 2018 ORDER:

Non-consideration of the complaints/representations said to have been made by the petitioners herein on 03.03.2018 and 06.03.2018 made against the respondents No.4 and 5 is the grievance of the petitioners in the present Writ Petition.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by Sri Md.Saleem, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2Municipaity that no such complaints/representations have been received from the petitioners herein and if they submit any representation/complaint, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken.

Recording the said submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, leaving it open for the petitioners herein to submit the complaint/representation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, and if any such complaint/representation is made by the petitioners herein, within the time stipulated above, the respondent-authorities are directed to consider the same and take appropriate action/pass appropriate orders, after giving notice to all the stakeholders, as expeditiously as possible.
