This interlocutory application has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 375 days in filing the related appeal.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and for the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit, the delay of 375 days in filing the related appeal is condoned.

Interlocutory application is accordingly disposed of.
