Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for all the respondents. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in considering the online application No.LM2100085674 made by the petitioner for grant of succession in respect of the subject land situated at Ammapur Village, Narmetta Mandal, Jangaon District, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, has stated that if some time is granted, the authorities will verify the claim of the petitioner and pass necessary orders on the online application made by the petitioner, strictly in accordance with law. 4.

Having regard to the above made submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to pass necessary orders on the on-line application No.LM2100085674 made by the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order duly putting all the interested parties on notice and taking into consideration the objections, if any.
