This criminal petition is filed to quash the proceedings in F.I.R.No.176 of 2013, dated 01.08.2013 on the file of Women Police Station, Chariminar, Hyderabad.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners informed that the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication, and hence, the same may be dismissed as infructuous.
