THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.1730 of 2005 ORDER:

Sri P.Harinadha Gupta, learned counsel on record for the Quli Qutub Shah Urban Development Authority, the petitioner in this writ petition, informed this Court that he is no longer continuing as its Standing Counsel. He further stated that despite his best efforts, he could not get any instructions in the matter. As it is for the petitioner authority to take suitable measures for securing proper representation before this Court and as the counsel on record states that he is no longer appearing in the matter, this Court is left with no option but to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution. Interim stay dated 04.02.2005 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
