The writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents for not considering the representation dated 6.9.2017 of the petitioner.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home submitted that a crime was registered under F.I.R No.150 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 427, 506, 504, 323 read with Section 34 IPC on 19.9.2017.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
