HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.11053 OF 2011 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner/sole accused seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.48 of 2011 of Kalwakurthy Police Station, registered for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC. When the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submit that the accused P.Rangaiah Goud died on 30.08.2012 and to that effect, he filed the death certificate issued by the Tukkuguda Gram Panchayat of Maheswaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

In view of the above said representation, this criminal petition is dismissed as abated. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
