THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP. No.23612 of 2018 O R D E R:

This Writ Petition was disposed of on 10.07.2018 on the basis of proceedings dt.09.07.2018 produced by the Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.

Thereafter, counsel for petitioner made a mention stating that the said proceedings dt.09.07.2018 does not amount to an order canceling the petitioner's Fair Price Shop Dealer license.

The Government Pleader for Civil Supplies also agrees with the said contention and states that by mistake such representation was made.

In this view of the matter, the order dt.10.07.2018 passed in the Writ Petition is recalled and the Writ Petition is restored to the file of the Court.

The Government Pleader for Civil Supplies states that the 3rd respondent will pass the final orders in the matter pursuant to the show cause notice dt.12.05.2017 issued by him after considering petitioner's explanation within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly directing the 3rd respondent to pass final orders in the matter pursuant to

the show cause notice dt.12.05.2017 issued by him after considering petitioner's explanation within a period of four

(04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
