On 25.1.2018, when the matter was called, as there was no representation on behalf of petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption of "for dismissal". On 2.2.2018 and 9.2.2018, the matter was listed under the caption of dismissal. But there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Again, on 16.2.2018 the matter was listed under the same caption. But it was adjourned at request. Today, even though the matter was listed under the same caption of dismissal, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner has no interest to prosecute the matter. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
