RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 ol the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the action of the respondent in continuing the attachment of the salaries of the petitioners which are not permissible as per Law and in violation of the mandatory provisions of Section 60 of Civil Procedure Code, inspite of the request made by the petitioner as being illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondent to follow the provisions of Section 60 of C.P,C., WPMP.

NO: 2060 OF 2017 Petition under Section 'l 51 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to pass orders directing the respondent herein to forthwith stop all attachments which are not permissible as per Law, pending disposal of the main Writ Petition.
