THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI ORDER:

When the matter was called on 20.1.2015, none appeared for the petitioner. As such, this Court directed the matter to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today, when the matter was called in the pre-lunch session, none appeared for the petitioner and once again the matter is called in the post-lunch session, still there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. This shows that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting the matter. Therefore, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the matter for non-prosecution.

For the foregoing reasons, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
