ORDER

Challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in summoning the petitioner to the KPHB police station at the instance of the 4th respondent without there being any complaint, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, submits that based on the complaint lodged by the 4th respondent, after making a GD entry in the station records in order to verify the veracity or otherwise of the allegations levelled in the complaint, preliminary enquiry was taken up. In pursuance thereof, the petitioner was enquired, wherein he denied the allegations levelled against him and thereafter, he was not called to the police station. In view of the said submissions, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
