This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the order dated 06.10.2015 in Crl.M.P. No.2670 of 2015 in D.V.C. No.35 of 2015 on the file of the court of IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Kukatpally.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to them under law. Permission is granted.
