HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.25728 of 2006 ORDER:

A writ of mandamus is sought to the respondents not to disburse the compensation to the borrowers without deducting the loan due by them to the first petitioner - Society.

Pending disposal of the writ petition, this Court stayed disbursal of the compensation amount to the borrowers of the first petitioner - Society without deducting the loan amount due to them.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, pursuant to the interim orders, accounts of the borrowers have been settled in most of the cases; and, in that view of the matter, the Writ Petition may be closed.

Recording to the submission made on behalf of the petitioners, the Writ Petition is closed.
