THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 26975 of 2019 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, grievance of petitioner is that inaction of the second respondent - Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited (TSIICL) in disposing of her representation dated 26.04.2019 for allotment of suitable land in Hyderabad on long lease in favour of Indian Oil Corporation Limited to enable her to set up a petroleum retail outlet. Learned counsel for the petitioner asserts that the Citizens' Charter of TSIICL mandates that any representation shall be disposed of within three days.

Learned Standing Counsel for TSIICL appearing for the second respondent submits that the petitioner is one of the applicants, who are seeking to allot a piece of land for the purpose of setting up of a petroleum retail outlet, and that though she has been selected for the same under a war widow category, there is a procedure prescribed for submitting applications for allotment of the sites, as such, the petitioner shall also comply with the same by paying necessary fees, if any.

CKR, J W.P.No.26975 of 2019 In those circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing that as and when the petitioner submits application online, by following due procedure, the second respondent shall dispose of the same within seven (7) days thereafter, as stipulated in the Citizens' Charter, and take necessary steps as expeditiously as possible.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
