THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRIMINAL PETITION No.10685 of 2016 ORDER:

This criminal petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/accused to quash the proceedings in S.C.No.622 of 2015 on the file of the II Special Sessions Judge at Ranga Reddy,

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/accused and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the State.

3. Specific allegations were made in the complaint against the petitioner. This is a matter, which requires investigation by the police. The truth or otherwise of the allegations can only be decided during course of investigation. I see no grounds to interdict the investigation at this stage and quash the first information report.

4. In the facts and circumstances of the case and as requested by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Petition is disposed of, directing the leaned II Special Sessions Judge at Ranga Reddy to dispose of S.C.No.622 of 2015, within a period of six (06) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
