The petitioners are accused Nos.1 to 3 of Crime No.451 of 2018 of Madhapur (Guttala) Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 IPC.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Learned Public Prosecutor opposes for grant of anticipatory bail. Perused the FIR and other material on record. A perusal of the record shows that petitioners are no way entitled for anticipatory bail but for to say, for none of the offences are punishable above seven years, the Police shall strictly follow Section 41-A Cr.P.C. and the guidelines of the Apex Court in Arnesh Kumar v.
