THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.27037 OF 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondents in not including the name of the petitioner in the list of claimants under the Land Acquisition Proceedings dated 20.08.2019 and award in Form No.9 issued by respondent No.8 with regard to acquiring of his land.

It is the case of the petitioner that he is the owner of plot bearing No.196, admeasuring 215.28 square yards, in Category-LIG of Nallagandla Residential Complex in Sy.Nos.302 to 310, 320 to 322, 324 to 361, 363 to 365, 384, 385, 387 to 391 and 399, situated at Nallagndla Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. While so, in the land acquisition proceedings, an extent of land admeasuring 111.11 square yards was acquired out of his total extent of plot. When the name of the petitioner was not included in the award, he submitted a representation dated 23.10.2019 to respondent No.8 for considering his claim for payment of compensation and the same is pending. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.6.

The learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.6, on written instructions, submitted that the authorities already recommended for inclusion of the name of the petitioner in the beneficiaries list.

In the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of the recommendations made and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
