O R D E R

This civil revision petition arises out of the order dated 28.06.2018 passed in I.A.No.204 of 2018 in O.S.No.111/1997 by the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge at Madhira.

Heard the arguments of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents.

The petitioners have filed an application before the trial Court for recalling of the Special Deputy Collector, Land Acquisition Officer, Huzurnagar. He was sought to be recalled to speak about the documents Exs.B-3 and B-4, which are marked in the evidence of D.W.1. The trial Court felt that recalling of the Special Deputy Collector do not serve any purpose, as the documents under Exs.B-3 and B-4 have already been marked in the evidence of D.W.1. The trial Court also observed that the petitioners are filing petitions one after the other only to drag on the proceedings.

In view of the observations of the trial Court, there are no merits in this Civil Revision Petition for recalling of the Special Deputy Collector, Land Acquisition Officer, Huzurnagar.

For the foregoing reasons, I do not find any infirmity in the impugned order and the Civil Revision Petition is accordingly dismissed, however, giving liberty to the petitioners to raise their contentions before the trial court with regard to documents Exs.B-3 and B-4.
